The Role

Due to expansion, MKAZ is looking to strengthen its dynamic team by recruiting a highly motivated Fleet Operations Officer to join their Fleet Department. Based in Cyberjaya,the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with the operational manager to perform any task assigned by the management. This position is a key contributor to the long-term strategy and success of the company. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee operational effectiveness of the business unit by working the team members towards achieving operational success, positively influencing customer satisfaction and ensuring financial profitability.

Job Scope

  • Greeting customers as they arrive.
  • Provide clients with heads up about rental rules and regulations, including vehicle care and on-time returns policies
  • Create and maintain reports of rental, issuance and return of each vehicle, placing special focus on obvious wear and tear and repair and maintenance requirement
  • Answering customer or companies questions and concerns
  • Assisting customers or companies who have an issue or emergency with their rental vehicle
  • Updating the rental car inventory when a customer rents or returns a car.
  • Ascertain that all supporting information and documents are available at the time of client registration
  • Follow up on clients to determine if they have received good service and provide them with information on new vehicles added to the rental fleet
  • Check returned vehicles to ensure that no damage has been done to either the exterior of interior of it.
  • Sending and pickup the vehicles for inspection, service and maintenance or cleaning.Ensure the car condition is in good and well maintained.
  • Updating cash float on a daily , weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Any ad hock task whichever is relevant to the roles.

What we need from you?

  • Ability to work closely and efficiently with the team members.

  • Posses own transport and having a valid driving license (competent)

  • Experience and fresh graduate are welcome.

  • Medically fit to work. 

  • Able to work in rotational shift , off on weekdays.
