Does MKAZ offer vehicle delivery and collection services?
When you Rent Aruz, vehicle delivery can be arranged based on your location, with charges varying accordingly. Additionally, vehicle pick-up services are also available upon request, making it more convenient to Rent Aruz wherever you are. However, for locations outside our coverage area, please consult our customer support team for assistance with your Rent Aruz booking.
What is an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
If you plan to Rent Aruz in Malaysia as a foreign driver, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required. The IDP acts as an official translation of your licence and must be used together with your valid original driving licence when you Rent Aruz.
Does MKAZ cover fuel expenses?
When you Rent Aruz, fuel expenses are not included during your rental period. Our Rent Aruz policy follows a full-to-full system, meaning you must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked up your Rent Aruz vehicle.
Who is responsible if a traffic summons happens during my rental?
When you Rent Aruz, you (the hirer/driver) are fully responsible for all traffic summonses, fines, penalties, and related costs incurred during your Rent Aruz rental period. This includes any summonses issued or received after your Rent Aruz booking ends, as long as the offence occurred while you Rent Aruz the vehicle.
What are the consequences if a rental car is flooded?
Before you Rent Aruz, it’s important to understand that in cases of loss or damage due to natural causes, you may be responsible for the full value of the Rent Aruz vehicle at the time of rental, minus its salvage value. Additional costs may include towing, storage, impound fees, administrative charges, and loss-of-use fees related to your Rent Aruz booking.
Does MKAZ accept payment in cash or through online transfer?
For a smooth Rent Aruz experience, MKAZ operates on a fully cashless payment system. All Rent Aruz payments must be made via credit or debit card, ensuring a secure and efficient transaction process.
When you Rent Aruz, please note that only selected cards are accepted. MKAZ accepts most credit and debit cards for your Rent Aruz booking, but American Express (AMEX) cards are not supported.
