Your MKAZ membership level is based on the number of eligible completed rentals recorded under your MKAZ account.
As your completed rental count grows, you can progress through four membership tiers — from Bronze to Platinum.
Bronze
Your MKAZ Members journey begins after your first eligible completed rental.
Silver
Reach five completed rentals and progress from Bronze to Silver as your journey with MKAZ continues.
Gold
Reach Gold status after ten eligible completed rentals and enjoy additional flexibility with free cancellation, subject to applicable member terms.
Platinum
Our highest membership tier recognises customers with twenty or more eligible completed rentals and provides even greater flexibility when travelling with MKAZ.
What counts as a completed rental?
Membership progression is based on eligible completed rentals recorded under the member's MKAZ account. Cancelled, unpaid, incomplete or otherwise ineligible bookings may not count towards membership progression.

What is MKAZ Members?
MKAZ Members is the membership programme created to recognise returning MKAZ customers through membership tiers, selected offers, benefits and greater flexibility.
How many MKAZ Members tiers are there?
There are four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your tier is determined by your number of eligible completed rentals.
How do I reach Bronze?
Bronze begins from one eligible completed rental recorded under your MKAZ member account.
How do I reach Silver?
Silver status begins from five eligible completed rentals.
What benefit does a Gold Member receive?
Gold status begins from ten eligible completed rentals and includes Free Cancellation, subject to the applicable MKAZ Members terms and conditions.
What benefits does a Platinum Member receive?
Platinum status begins from twenty eligible completed rentals. Platinum Members receive Free Cancellation and the additional privilege of rentals outside standard office hours, subject to programme terms, vehicle availability and operational confirmation.
Do I need a voucher code to use my member benefit?
Where a member benefit is issued through a voucher code, the applicable code must be used according to the redemption instructions provided by MKAZ. A benefit may not be automatically applied if the required voucher code is not entered.
Can I give my MKAZ Member voucher to someone else?
No. MKAZ Members vouchers and tier privileges are non-transferable and are intended for use by the eligible member account to which the benefit was issued.
Does Platinum status guarantee an after-hours rental?
No. Platinum Members may receive the privilege of rentals outside standard office hours, but the arrangement remains subject to vehicle availability, location, operational capacity and prior confirmation by MKAZ.
Do member benefits exempt me from KYC requirements?
No. All rentals remain subject to MKAZ's current KYC, identification, driving-document and rental eligibility requirements regardless of membership tier.
Do cancelled bookings count towards my tier?
Membership progression is based on eligible completed rentals. Cancelled, unpaid, incomplete or otherwise ineligible bookings may not count towards tier progression.
Do I need to sign in when I make a booking?
Using your MKAZ account helps ensure your eligible booking is associated with your member profile and membership journey.
Can international customers become MKAZ Members?
MKAZ serves both Malaysian and international customers. Membership eligibility and individual benefits remain subject to the current MKAZ Members programme and applicable terms.
