GUIDELINE SELF RETURN KLIA 1

Experience the convenience of self-return at KLIA 1 through our detailed guide. Watch instructional videos and follow step-by-step instructions for a smooth process.

Step 1

Drive straight to KLIA Terminal. Make sure you are on the right lane.

Step 2

Before the “Arrival” & “Departure” sign board, look for the KLIA Parking sign board overhead.

Step 3

Follow the left lane towards KLIA Parking, directly go to Public Parking Block B, on your right.

Step 4

Enter Public Parking Block B

Step 5

Press the button to take your parking token/coins (Do not enter using your TouchNGo card or payment cards).

Step 6

Drive safely to Level 1, and find a parking spot

Step 7

Search any available parking spot and park the car safely. Park as close to the entrance as you can.

Step 8

Kindly check and ensure all your belongings are collected.

Step 9

Ensure that the fuel level is as per given during pickup ( kindly topup fuel before you enter the car park ).

Step 10

Place parking ticket with fees on dashboard. ( Count time from entry to return in car park.)

Step 11

Take a photo of the tickets left and the current meter mileage and fuel bar

Step 12

Take a photo from each angle of the car (front, back, left, & right)

Step 13

Record a video around the car in detail.

Step 14

Upon leaving, kindly ensure the car is locked and all lights are switched off.

Step 15

Hide the car keys on the left side of the tire spring.

Step 16

Make sure that your surroundings are safe and take a photo where the car keys are hidden.

Step 17

Take a photo of the parking slot

Step 18

Submit form

Step 1

Drive straight to KLIA2 Terminal. Make sure you are on the right lane

Step 2

Follow the “Arrival” sign board overhead. Drive straight to car park

Step 2

Enter Block A Car Park on your left.

Step 4

Press on the green button to take your parking ticket. (Do not enter using your TouchNGo card or payment cards)

Step 5

Search any available parking spot and park the car safely. Find a nearest parking spot to the entrance door if possible.

Step 6

Kindly check and ensure all your belongings are collected.

Step 7

Ensure that the fuel level is as per given during pickup ( kindly topup fuel before you enter the car park ).

Step 8

Place parking ticket with fees on dashboard. ( Count time from entry to return in car park.)

Step 9

Take a photo of the tickets left and the current meter mileage and fuel bar
